- **Italy**: tracked courier, 24-48h delivery. **Free above €139**; below that, €8.99-€41.99 by weight.
- **European Union** (26 countries): tracked courier. **Free above €199**; below that, €13.99-€49.90 by weight.

## Guarantee (second-hand — no generic free returns)
- **Lot conformity guarantee**: 1:1 replacement with other matching items or credit on next order, within 7 days of delivery, on undeclared defect or composition significantly different from product page.
- Items are unique second-hand pieces: quality grading (Grade A / Grade B) is declared on each product page; a small share of minor imperfections (10-15%) is physiological and already priced in.
